The product include a standard warranty according your region and to extend your warranty for your TS200, TS400, TP800, TP1200, TP2400, TP3600, or TP7200 or other special models, please register your product by filling in the details. The warranty begins on the date of purchase.

Warranty Registration:

Order ID: Available in your order history within the account you used for the purchase.

Serial Number: Located on the main body of the product, not on the packaging, in the format S\N: XXXXXXXX.

Serial Number Locations by Model:

For TP models : The serial number can be found on the bottom, back or storage compartiment of the product.

For TS models: The serial number is located on the inside cable storage bags of the solar panel.

Proof of Purchase: If you bought your product in-store or via a local reseller, please upload proof of purchase such as tickets, vouchers, or receipts. Make sure the date of purchase, product name, and store are visible. You can add any extra details in the remarks section. We’ll verify it promptly.

    Warranty Exclusions:

    The warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

    Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper use, accidental damage, Physical impact due to dropping, mishandling, or falling of the product or any of its components or force majeure events (such as lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.).

    Unauthorized Modifications: Any modification, repair, disassembly, or use not in accordance with the official product instructions or manuals.

    Unauthorized Sellers: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms.

    Non-standard Use: Use of the product for purposes other than typical consumer applications.

    Lost, Stolen, or Refunded Products: Products that are lost, stolen, or fully refunded are not covered.

    Environmental Exposure: Damage caused by excessive heat, cold, moisture, or any other external conditions.

    Lack of Proof of Purchase: Claims without valid proof of purchase.

    Expired Warranty Period: Products submitted for warranty after the expiration of the warranty period.

    Mismatch of Battery Model: The model listed on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product.

    Alterations to Warranty Certificate: Unauthorized changes to the warranty certificate.

    Wear and Tear: Natural wear and tear from usage over time.

    Shipping Damage: Damage incurred during shipping. When claiming shipping damage must be done in 7 days after receipt of product with the proof of photos of the damage packaging. We strongly recommend retaining the original packaging to ensure safe return or replacement under warranty.

    Own repairs/opening items: The warranty does not cover items that have been opened, modified, or used contrary to the instructions. Please always contact your reseller first for assistance before seeking warranty service.
